Vânia Reichartz, a textile artist formerly known as Two Hands Textile Studio, is finally returning to training and to FICA Oficina Criativa.
An introduction to tapestry through the weaving technique, on small frame looms where the most well-known stitches of this technique will be taught so that you have enough tools to create your own tapestry pieces from start to finish. The class includes assembling the warp on the loom, the main tapestry techniques, using and combining materials, finishing techniques and ways of creating an alternative loom.
For beginners, no knowledge is required.

Cancellations may occur. If there is a cancellation for this workshop, we will let you know.
Cancellation of Registration
IMPORTANT - Cancellations/postponements/refunds of registrations (including gift voucher registrations) are only permitted if you give us at least 7 days' notice of the start of the workshop. Any cancellation with less than 7 days' notice, we will do our best to fill your place, however, a refund or postponement can only be made if your place is filled.
If a trainee fails to attend one or more training sessions, FICA is not responsible for replacing or compensating for that session.
