Dear Isabel | Triciclo Editora

"Dear Isabel" by Triciclo Editora is the result of an artistic residency at the Fica - Creative Workshop. This is a publication designed and conceived by Ana Braga and Inês Machado - Triciclo. A set of postcards addressed unexpectedly to the same person was the starting point for this residency. The interlocutors didn't know each other, so they just wanted to collect and exchange postcards from different countries.
In response to the chance encounter with this collection, a publication was conceived, for which various scenarios from different countries were imagined, in a constant imagistic dialog between the two illustrators.
The photolithographs were drawn by hand in the workshop, with acrylic paint, oil pastels, markers, but also pencils.

This publication was produced in artistic residency mode at Fica creative workshop from November 2018 to March 2019.

A Triciclo Editora accepted Fica oficina criativa's invitation to produce and exhibit a piece or edition that explored not only the manual techniques present, but also that was produced entirely in the workshop.

There may be slight color variations between the photo of the print and the print itself.
