Mountains | Mariana Mesquita

Using the silk-screen printing process, the Montanhas da Mariana Mesquita have two layers reproduced using different techniques. In the first layer, the monoprint technique was used to define the background stain, while in the second layer, an analog photolitho was made with which the canvas was opened, and then the mountains were reproduced. Mariana Mesquita's Mountains have two versions, Pink Mountains with a beige background, but also Beige Mountains with a pink background.

The stain on the first layer varies from print to print, with variations in color and size. Each print is unique.
