workshop registration and cancellation

All subscriptions are sold from the WordPress online e-commerce platform WooCommerce. No registration is required to place an order. The validation of the order assumes that the user and customer is aware of and accepts the Terms and Conditions of this site.

We have the following payment methods available:

- Bank transfer - Orders/registrations must be paid for within 3 days, otherwise they may be canceled. If the deadline for a workshop is less than 5 days, payment must be made within 24 hours, otherwise registration will be canceled. We do not accept payments by bank transfer less than 2 days before the workshops take place. Sending proof of payment is essential. Payment will only be valid once proof of payment has been sent and properly collected. The order will be dispatched when payment is received;

- Payment of Services at the Multibanco - with entity and reference, at any Multibanco ATM or through your homebanking service. (Only available to customers of Portuguese banks. Payment service provided by IfthenPay - certified website). Orders/Registrations must be paid for within 3 days, otherwise they may be canceled. If the deadline for training is less than 3 days, payment must be made within 24 hours, otherwise the registration will be canceled;

- MB WAY - Simple payment using "MB WAY" on your cell phone. (Only available to customers of Portuguese banks with the MB WAY app installed. Payment service provided by IfthenPay - certified website). Orders/Subscriptions must be paid for within 3 days, otherwise they may be canceled without prior notice. Fica has the right to change product prices and shipping costs at any time, but without affecting completed orders. All training courses and products are subject to price increases at any time without prior notice.

- Pay Pal - We apply a fee of 0.5% to this payment method (the amount invoiced by FICA does not include the fee);

cancellation

Cancellations/postponements/refunds of registrations (including gift voucher registrations) are only allowed if you notify us 7 days before the start of the workshop. If you cancel less than 7 days before the start of the workshop, we will do our best to fill your place, but a refund or postponement can only be made if your place is filled.

If a trainee fails to attend one or more sessions of a training course, FICA is not responsible for replacing or compensating for that session. In the event of any withdrawal during a training session, the trainee will not be entitled to a refund of the registration fee paid. To cancel/add/refund, please send an e-mail to workshop@fica-oc.pt quoting your order number. Find out more at terms and conditions from the website.

FICA has the right to cancel or postpone any training that does not meet the minimum number of participants indicated and is responsible for rescheduling or refunding the registration fees paid (Fica is not responsible for refunding PayPal fees).

gift certificate

Cancellation by the recipient or purchaser is only permitted 7 days before the start of the workshop. The recipient of the gift certificate will not be entitled to a refund of the amount of the gift certificate, only to reschedule the training. Exceptionally, there may be training sessions with a longer notice period, if so indicated in the event/registration.
It cannot be exchanged or sold. It is not convertible into cash or refundable, either in full or in part.
The total amount must be used in one go and cannot be used for more than one purchase.
It is not possible to purchase gift vouchers using the value of another gift voucher.
