Screen Printing Workshops
Screen printing stands out as one of our main techniques, in addition to ceramics e joinery. Thus, screen printing workshops are held on a regular basis. They take place monthly, with the times varying from month to month.
Screen printing workshops are held on weekdays and/or Saturdays. We offer workshops ranging from 3 to 9 hours. No prior experience is required.
OUR SCREEN PRINTING WORKSHOPS
In the screen printing workshops, we provide a comprehensive learning experience of the printing process, from start to finish. We explore two methods: the use of photosensitive emulsion and stencil, focusing on two different substrates, paper and fabric, depending on the specific theme of each workshop.

FLASH WORKSHOP SCREEN PRINTING
The Screen Printing Flash Workshop is one of our main screen printing workshops. It’s an introductory workshop, ideal as a first introduction to this printing technique, and no prior experience is required. You’ll learn the principles of screen printing, the materials and tools used, and the main steps of the printing process on paper through a hands-on exercise.
What techniques will you learn?
You'll learn about the main steps in the screen printing process on paper, including image preparation, stencil use, screen exposure, and manual printing.
What is the aim of the workshop?
You’ll learn how the entire screen printing process works, from preparing the image to the final print. Throughout the session, you’ll be introduced to the materials, tools, and different methods used, and you’ll understand how each step influences the final result.

The Screen Printing Workshop is designed for anyone who wants to deepen their knowledge of screen printing on paper. Over the course of two sessions, you’ll follow every step of the process, from creating the image to the final print, while exploring different materials, tools, and printing techniques. No prior experience is necessary.

What is the aim of the workshop?
The goal of the workshop is to deepen participants’ knowledge of screen printing on paper by guiding them through every step of the process, from image preparation to the final print.
Throughout the two sessions, you'll put this knowledge into practice, developing the skills to create your own screen-printed designs.

The Screen Printing Monotype Workshop is an introduction to a technique that combines hand painting with screen printing. It is ideal for anyone who wants to explore a freer, more experimental approach, creating unique pieces by layering colors, textures, and brushstrokes. No prior experience is necessary.
What techniques will you learn?
You will learn the principles of monotype screen printing, exploring the direct application of ink to the screen, the layering of colors, and hand printing on paper.
What is the aim of the workshop?
You’ll discover a more spontaneous approach to screen printing, experimenting with different combinations of color, texture, and composition to create unique prints. Throughout the session, you’ll create monotypes on paper, exploring the expressive potential of this technique.

screen printing kit
The Screen Printing Kit Workshop is an introductory workshop designed for anyone who wants to learn how to screen print using the FICA Screen Printing Kit. Throughout the session, you’ll learn about the stencil printing process, with step-by-step guidance from the instructor. No prior experience is necessary.
What techniques will you learn?
You'll learn how to screen print using the stencil method, exploring every step of the process with the FICA Screen Printing Kit, on paper and fabric.
What is the aim of the workshop?
The goal of the workshop is to provide you with the knowledge you need to use the FICA Screen Printing Kit on your own, so you can continue printing at home independently.

FABRIC SCREEN PRINTING WORKSHOP
The Fabric Screen Printing Workshop is an introduction to fabric printing using screen printing. Throughout the session, you’ll learn about the entire printing process, the materials, tools, and equipment used, and master the main fabric printing techniques. No prior experience is necessary.
What techniques will you learn?
You will learn the screen printing process on fabric, including screen preparation, the use of fabric-specific inks, stenciling and screen exposure methods, as well as the use of the main printing equipment.
What is the aim of the workshop?
You’ll learn about the entire fabric printing process, from preparing the image to the final print, and become familiar with the materials, tools, and techniques used. Throughout the session, you’ll experiment with different printing methods and print fabric both as a group and individually.

Four-color photographic screen printing
The Four-Color Photographic Screen Printing Workshop is an introduction to screen printing photographs using the CMYK color system (Cyan, Magenta, Yellow, and Black). Throughout the session, you’ll follow the entire process, from image preparation to the final print, learning how four layers of color allow you to reproduce a photograph on paper.
No prior experience is required.
What techniques will you learn?
You will learn the process of screen printing photographs using the CMYK system, including digital image preparation, screen exposure, and the sequential printing of the four colors.
What is the aim of the workshop?
You'll learn how screen printing works for photographs by following every step of the process, from digital editing to the final print. During the workshop, you'll print one of your own photographs in A5 format.
