Photolitho printing

Screen printers know that one of the most important points is the use of quality photolithographs. This ensures that the final artwork is printed with high opacity, and therefore the process of exposure to UV light or other sources is more likely to show the screen with all the details of the final artwork.

At FICA we use inkjet printing. The acetates for inkjet printers are especially recommended for professional quality, due to the quality of the polyester which is specially coated on one side, thus guaranteeing a very high opacity and good ink coverage so that your final artwork is printed with very good definition and sharp details.

We can print sizes from A5 to A2.
Depending on the spot size of your final artwork, different prices are set for spots smaller or larger than 50%.

In order for us to print your photocopy, it must have the following characteristics:

- PDF format;
- Preferably editable, but don't forget to create outlines in ai.
- The file must be grayscale to 100%K black;
- The document must be the desired size for printing, i.e. it must be to scale;
- The final artwork must have a margin, at the edges of the sheet, without printing, of at least 5 mm;
- We ask that you send us the file via a document transfer platform and not as an attachment;
- The subtitle of the file should read: NAME_FORMAT_LAYERX, for example: RitaDaniel_A4_Layer1.

You can buy photolithographs with your final artwork through our online store HEREYou can also send an e-mail with the order and final artwork to hello@fica-oc.pt. The final artwork must be in the correct scale and in black 100%.
