4. Trade policy
The online store's product catalog may be different from that of the
physical store, both in terms of stock, price and products presented.
Fica reserves the right to change without prior notice the
product catalog, including prices and specifications. Although Fica
keep the information on the site up to date, whenever we process it
of an order and we find an incorrect price, Fica must refund the difference
if the price is lower than indicated. If the price is higher than
indicated, Fica will contact the client through one of the available contacts,

5. Our services
We provide training services in our workshop and on the website you can register and pay for the scheduled training sessions. On the training program page of the website, you will find all the necessary information regarding: Craft, topic, training content, useful information, duration, timetable, address and price.
Fica cannot be held responsible for incorrect information, including prices, on other websites that are not owned by Fica. Nor on social networks, even Fica's own.

6. Our products
Our products are mostly handmade and do not
are mass-produced, so we can't guarantee that they will be exactly as
shown in the photographs. Some products are unique, one-off editions
exemplary. These products are handmade, exclusive and unique. We recommend consulting the
characteristics and details of the product you want to buy, the photographs
may vary or be merely illustrative.
Product orders are subject to availability
and all products have limited stock. Fica reserves the right to
cancel an order if it is out of stock, undertaking to
refund the customer.
7. Gift certificate
7.1 No date
O gift certificate is valid for all training courses and products in the online store. You can choose the amount between 10€ (minimum) and 250€ (maximum). Each gift voucher has a code that can be entered directly into the online store.
The gift certificate is digital and will be sent to the e-mail address indicated in the purchase process (sending may take up to 48 hours).
The instructions for use in the purchase process are indicated on the digital gift check. In the purchase process, you can indicate in the additional information the name of the person who will receive the check.
It cannot be exchanged or sold. It is not convertible into cash or refundable, either in full or in part.
The total amount must be used in one go and cannot be used for more than one purchase.
It is not possible to purchase gift vouchers using the value of another gift voucher.
The check is valid for 12 months. After the expiry date, it will not be valid.

7.3 Changes to formations
Training courses, for which checks are valid, are subject to change. Both in terms of program content, duration, value and venue. Whenever there is a change in the value of the training (decrease in the value of the training in relation to the value of the gift voucher), FICA is responsible for making up the difference by creating a Gift Voucher with the missing value. The Gift Voucher can be used on any training or product for sale in the workshop or online store.
Fica may, at any time, change the syllabus of the training courses without justification.

9. Confirmation or cancellation
9.1 Purchase of products
Fica reserves the right to cancel any purchase
even if it has already been accepted or confirmed by Fica, when:
- There is an error in the presentation of the item's price;
- There is incorrect information, namely on the date, time and price, in a scheduled training course, which compromises the other training courses;
- When the customer does not provide a shipping address;
- When the order is indicated as irregular or susceptible to fraud by the site's security systems;
- If you assume that the order comes from a reseller;
- In the event of a stockout.
9.2 Cancellation of registrations
Cancellations/postponements/refunds (including gift certificates) are only allowed if you give us at least 7 days' notice (except for summer vacation workshops for children) before the start of the training. If you cancel with less than 7 days' notice, we will do our best to fill your place, but you can only reschedule (or put the amount in a gift voucher) if your place is filled. Exceptionally, there may be trainings with a longer notice period, if so indicated in the event/registration.
Cancellations/cancellations/refunds of registrations for the summer vacation workshops for children are only allowed if you notify us at least 14 days before the start of the workshop.

10. Prices and payment terms
In accordance with current legislation, all available articles
through this site are subject to Value Added Tax (VAT).
The price is indicated with VAT included at the legal rate in force, excluding
shipping costs.
The customer and user of this site has at their disposal
the following payment methods:
- Bank transfer - Orders/registrations must be paid for within 3 days, otherwise they may be canceled. If the deadline for a training session is less than 5 days, payment must be made within 24 hours, otherwise the registration will be canceled. We do not accept payments by bank transfer less than 2 days before the training takes place.
Proof of payment must be sent. Payment will only be valid once proof of payment has been sent and received. The order will be dispatched when payment is received;
- Pay Pal - We apply a fee of 0.5% to this payment method (the amount invoiced by FICA does not include the fee);
- Payment of Services at the Multibanco - with entity and reference, at any Multibanco ATM or through your homebanking service. (Only available to customers of Portuguese banks. Payment service provided by IfthenPay - certified website). Orders/Registrations must be paid for within 3 days, otherwise they may be canceled. If the deadline for training is 3 days, payment must be made within 24 hours, otherwise the registration will be canceled;
- MB WAY - Simple payment using "MB WAY" on your cell phone. (Only available to customers of Portuguese banks with the MB WAY app installed. Payment service provided by IfthenPay - certified website).
Orders/registrations must be paid for within 3 days, otherwise they may be canceled without prior notice. Payments after 3 days do not guarantee registration if there are no more vacancies. In such cases, the registration fee will be refunded.
Fica has the right to change product prices and shipping costs at any time, but without affecting completed orders.
All courses and products are subject to price increases at any time without prior notice.
11. Shipping costs and delivery time
Terms of sale
All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price.
Shipping times may vary according to availability and are subject to any delays resulting from service delays or force majeure for which we will not be held responsible.
Prices and Availability
It is in our interest to ensure that all prices, descriptions and details of a product are as clear and accurate as possible, however errors may occur. If we become aware of errors in the price of any merchandise, product or shipping charge, you will be informed of this and given the option to re-confirm the order at the correct price or cancel it. If we are unable to contact you, the order will be canceled. If payment has already been made, after canceling the order, we will give you a full refund.
Shipping costs and delivery time
Order processing for all products in the online store can take between 48 and 96 hours after payment confirmation. After this time we will send an email with delivery instructions depending on the product purchased.
Shipping costs are calculated individually based on the weight/volume of the order and the shipping zone.
Deliveries in the municipality of Lisbon:
Estimated delivery time is 1-3 working days after the order has been processed. Shipments are made by CTT Expresso, or other means.
In rare cases, delivery times may be delayed.
Any delay in the dispatch of items, in relation to the estimated delivery dates that may have been submitted, does not entitle the Customer to any compensation.
We recommend that you indicate an address where you are sure there is someone to receive it, as our shipments are mostly registered and require the presence of a recipient. FICA cannot be held responsible for delivery failures due to absence. In the event of a delivery failure, it may be necessary to pay the postage again or collect it from a CTT office.
When the order is confirmed, you will receive an email confirming payment. Orders will only be shipped once payment has been confirmed.
Deliveries in mainland Portugal:
If the items are available in stock, delivery to mainland Portugal takes at least 1-3 working days after the order has been processed.
Any delay in the dispatch of items, in relation to the estimated delivery dates that may have been submitted, does not entitle the Customer to any compensation.
The maximum shipping limit is 30kg.
Island deliveries (Azores and Madeira):
Once the order has been processed, delivery takes at least 4-8 working days.

Deliveries abroad:
Delivery times abroad may vary depending on the location. In these cases, the customs services of each country may charge additional fees. FICA is not responsible for these charges, please contact your country's customs service.
The package couldn't be delivered because no one was at the address given:
If there is no one at the address given by the customer or if the wrong address is given, the order will be returned to FICA and the cost of returning the order will be charged to the customer who requested the service. The order will be sent back to the customer as soon as the costs have been settled.
If the order is returned due to an incorrect address, it will only be resent after confirmation of the new address and payment of the shipping costs.
During periods when the workshop is closed (vacations, etc.), which are always indicated on the website, orders will only be processed and shipped after the day indicated.

After placing your order, you will receive an email with all the information you need to pick up your order.
On-site collection takes place from Tuesday to Thursday (2pm - 6pm) and Saturday (10am - 1pm / 2pm - 6pm). Contact us if you are not available during these times.

12. Returns and exchanges
The customer may cancel the order before it is dispatched and will be entitled to a refund of the sums paid.
Fica does not accept exchanges but does accept returns. Most
products are handmade, and may contain unique aspects and small variations
due to their manual characteristics, these details cannot be
considered defects.
The Customer shall be liable for any loss of value of the
articles resulting from their manipulation beyond what is necessary for
check their nature, characteristics and condition.
The deadline for returns is 14 days from the date of receipt of the order. The product must be in perfect condition and the refund will only be made once the returned product has been received. No refunds will be given for postage on items sent to you. Fica reserves the right to refuse the return of the product and consequent refund if the product is not in perfect condition.
Exchanges or returns are not accepted for "made-to-order" or "customizable" items, as well as perishable material or used equipment/material (including exposed canvases).
Both the cost of sending the returned product and the cost of sending the new product are borne by the customer.
Fica is not responsible for refunding PayPal fees.
13. Conditions of participation - in the Summer Vacation Workshops for Children
The Summer Holiday Workshop for Children is a programme that takes place during the school vacations, organized by FICA Oficina Criativa, with creative activities based on real practices (ceramics, carpentry, screen printing, textiles). The program is aimed at children and young people between the ages of 8 and 12.
FICA accepts the cancellation/cancellation of registrations for the Summer Vacation Workshops and refunds the payment made, when the notification is made within 14 days of the start of the activities for the week/month/day in which you are registered.
Any withdrawal/cancellation/delay after the 14-day period, or no-show, will not give rise to any refund.
FICA must guarantee personal accident insurance for all participants.
FICA may refuse the participant's presence, contacting their guardian or legal guardian, in the event of particularly serious infringements detected by FICA, and if it is inadvisable for the participant to remain on site.
FICA reserves the right to cancel any week that does not reach the minimum number of participants. In this case, the cancellation will be notified at least 10 days before the start date, and the amount paid will be refunded in full.
FICA can change the program of activities if necessary.
FICA cannot be held responsible for loss, damage or theft of personal property carried by participants during the activities.
FICA does not provide lunch and snacks. Participants should bring lunch, a snack (morning and afternoon) and a bottle of water. The meal should come ready to eat, in a thermos to maintain its temperature.
The participant must:
- Use the facilities, respecting the rules of safety, hygiene and use of equipment and materials
- To be treated with respect and fairness.
- To be adequately assisted in the event of an accident or sudden illness during the course of activities.
- Respect other participants and trainers.
- Comfortable clothes that can get dirty and closed shoes.
The person in charge must:
- Picking up the participant(s) from the activity site in case of illness or other situation that makes it impossible for them to stay.
- Indicate who is authorized to collect the child.
- Fill in and submit the form, sent after registration, and made available digitally.
- Inform FICA in writing, at the time of registration or whenever necessary, whenever there are any constraints, such as food or health care needs (administration of medication, specific treatment or other).
13. Services
Any service provided by FICA requires full payment in advance.
14. Newsletter
Fica cannot be held responsible for errors in sending the newsletter or for sending it directly to spam.
Fica has the right to remove from the subscriber list any e-mail account that reports hard/soft bounces or any error that jeopardizes the proper functioning of future newsletter mailings.
15. Responsibilities

procedure and on any medium is subject to prior authorization and
expressed by Fica.
They are therefore protected by the Copyright Code
and Related Rights. Fica reserves the right to introduce at any time
changes to these contents, and is under no obligation to make any
prior communication to users.
17. Applicable legislation
The use of this site and the purchase of articles through the
are governed by Portuguese law.
Any dispute arising out of or in connection with the use of this website or transactions carried out through it shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Portugal.
18. Alternative means of conflict resolution
