Description

No workshop serigrafia com mordentes e tinturaria natural vamos explorar a técnica da serigrafia aplicada ao universo da tinturaria natural, através do uso de mordentes — substâncias que preparam o tecido para receber a cor. A partir da criação de pastas de mordentes, iremos imprimir padrões em tecido que, posteriormente, ganharão cor em banhos tintureiros com plantas tintureiras naturais. O tingimento só se fixa nas áreas previamente impressas, permitindo criar padrões únicos com base neste processo em duas fases.

O foco principal desta formação será a prática da impressão em serigrafia com diferentes fórmulas de mordentes, sendo o tingimento natural abordado numa perspetiva introdutória e demonstrativa.

Para quem deseja aprofundar os conhecimentos sobre o tingimento em si — plantas tintureiras, variações de cor, preparação de fibras, entre outros — recomendamos a participação também no Workshop de Tingimento Natural, onde esse tema é trabalhado de forma mais abrangente e detalhada.

Program Content

• Introdução às plantas e agentes tintureiros naturais;
• Preparação de pastas de alúmen e ferro;
• Introdução à serigrafia: exposição e criação de stencil;
• Estampagem com mordentes em tecido;
• Tingimento das peças em diferentes banhos.

• Mordentes (alúmen, ferro) e plantas tintureiras;
• Tecidos de algodão para testes;
• Equipamento e material de serigrafia;
• Mini-manual de introdução à serigrafia com mordentes + tingimento natural.

Cancellation of Registration

IMPORTANT - Cancellations/postponements/refunds of registrations (including gift voucher registrations) are only permitted if you give us at least 7 days' notice of the start of the workshop. Any cancellation with less than 7 days' notice, we will do our best to fill your place, however, a refund or postponement can only be made if your place is filled.

If a trainee fails to attend one or more training sessions, FICA is not responsible for replacing or compensating for that session.
